Full Stack Engineer

Mid-level Fullstack Engineer - UK - £45,000 - £65,000

My client is a small but well-established data solutions provider, empowering clients in a critical sector to make smarter decisions using advanced analytics and independent data. Backed by new funding, they are focused on modernising their technology stack and tackling the 40% of global emissions attributed to their industry.

The Role

Whilst they're looking to onboard two Seniors, they're looking for a mid-level engineer to join the team, someone who can come in with a fresh pair of eyes, hungry to progress within a technically astute organisation. You’ll work with some of the newest technologies like Next.js, React, and Node.js in a cloud-native environment. The company uses Azure, but they're happy for you to have around 2 years of experience with either Azure, AWS, or GCP. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, support cloud migrations, and contribute to a growing team with a focus on engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Help build scalable backend and frontend solutions.
• Complete maintenance on a legacy system (don't worry if you're not experience with .net Core (they can show you the ropes).
• Collaborate across teams to deliver best-in-class software and data solutions.
• Following best practices for development, testing, and CI/CD.

About You

• Strong Typescript and Javascript Skills
• 3-4+ years of experience in React / Node
• 1+ year experience of NextJS
• An understanding of CI/CD and cloud deployment
• Strong communicator with a passion for solving complex problems in a cross-functional team.
