Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps/Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform, developing Glue jobs for data processing, building dashboards for monitoring and analytics, and scripting in Python for automation and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

o Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform on AWS.

o Manage and automate provisioning of resources including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, etc.

• Data Engineering & Glue Jobs:

o Develop and maintain AWS Glue jobs for ETL processes.

o Optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality and performance.

• Monitoring & Dashboards:

o Set up monitoring tools and dashboards using CloudWatch, Grafana, or other visualization platforms.

o Implement alerting and logging mechanisms for infrastructure and applications.

• Automation & Scripting:

o Write robust Python scripts for automation, data processing, and integration tasks.

o Develop CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, or Jenkins.

• Security & Compliance:

o Ensure infrastructure follows best practices for security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

o Implement IAM policies and role-based access controls.

• Collaboration:

o Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to support development and deployment needs.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
