In this hybrid role, you will leverage advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges and deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making at every level.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques (forecasting, clustering, optimization, etc.) to support business objectives.
• Query and manipulate large datasets using SQL and analytical programming languages (Python, R, or similar).
• Develop and deliver data visualisations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
• Communicate insights clearly, demonstrating the business benefits of analytics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality output.

About You

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar data science or advanced analytics role.
• Proficient in R, Python, or other analytical programming languages.
• Strong SQL skills and proven ability to work with large-scale databases.
• Experience in cloud-based environments (advantageous).
• Skilled in the use of BI and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Third-level qualification in Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• A self-starter with attention to detail, logical decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
