A global e-commerce leader is seeking a People Experience (HR) Adviser to support their EMEA operations. This role sits within the People Experience Team, which provides HR advisory services to managers and employees across multiple countries.
This is a broad HR Generalist position covering the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on onboarding, offboarding, background checks, and HR process delivery across Ireland, the UK, and Germany. The role requires someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and can balance operational delivery with stakeholder management.
The team members are responsible for being experts in EMEA people-related jurisdictional knowledge and support approx. 3,000 employees across 9 countries on processes and queries related to the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers across EMEA.
- Manage HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain HR systems (Workday) and employee records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide coaching and guidance to People Leaders on employment policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Legal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Drive process improvements and support HR projects to enhance employee experience.
Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in a HR Advisory or HR Generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Workday experience is highly desirable.
- Background in high-volume HR environments preferred.
- Knowledge of Irish employment law is an advantage.
- Experience in Scandinavian markets or Norwegian language skills are a plus (not essential).
