We’re looking for an experienced Analytics & Reporting Manager to own and deliver Power BI

reporting solutions across a large, complex regional organisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine technical expertise in Power BI with stakeholder management skills to shape how data is used at scale.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and own dashboards – designing and maintaining scalable Power BI solutions for regional leadership and site teams.
• Manage the reporting lifecycle – from data ingestion and modelling to DAX, visuals, and publishing.
• Enable smarter decisions – create reports that feed into monthly business reviews, site performance tracking, and executive updates.
• Shape reporting strategy – work with cross-functional teams to define metrics, automate reporting, and improve data accessibility.
• Drive adoption – partner with operations and program managers to ensure reporting is aligned, useful, and widely used.
• Champion best practice – ensure governance, security, and optimisation in all Power BI solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven expertise in Power BI Desktop & Service – including DAX, data modelling, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong track record of designing BI dashboards that tell a story and enable better business decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting streams and prioritise based on impact.
• Experience in large, matrixed organisations with regional or global scope.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture.
• Experience integrating Power BI with platforms such as DevOps or CMMS.
• Sector knowledge in energy, sustainability, or infrastructure.

Contract Details:

• 12 Months Contract
• Remote – Based in Ireland
