About The Role

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Project Manager and Team Member to join our team in the newly established Digital Technology section within Offshore Infrastructure and Technology. This role will help to drive the existing portfolio of digital advisory projects that the unit is responsible for and help build up a healthy and sustainable digital advisory business in the business area Energy Systems. In the role you will need to facilitate and integrate cutting-edge digital solutions from and across our Business Areas to help shape and form smart digital advisory services. We have an increase in demand for digital solutions driven by our clients, and it will require insight to work with DNV’s innovation framework and close interaction with our domain experts as well as existing and new clients. This ensures we remain at the forefront of industry innovation and maintain our commitment to sustainable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of existing and new digital advisory projects to match customer needs. Product management skills are a prerequisite.
• Foster a culture of customer centricity, inclusion, agility, and continuous learning within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software development and digital advisory services.
• Contribute to help the Digital Technology section in becoming a smart hub for fostering new digital services and digital tools together with our domain experts.
• Manage projects for relevant advisory services, serving the unit as required.
• Ensure the alignment of digital strategies with DNV's values and strategy.
