LATECA — an exhibition design & construction company with 30+ years of experience — is looking for an experienced, creative Exhibition Stand Designer. You’ll join us on a remote, on-demand (project-based) basis, shaping concepts for international and local projects for clients across the globe. Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule — deliver exceptional ideas, on time, with style.

What you’ll do

• Develop innovative exhibition stand concepts (from quick sketches to polished 3D visuals and final production files).
• Also craft brand book (logo systems, colour palettes, typography, UI/print guidelines, tone of voice, usage rules).

You’re great at

• Turning a client brief into clever, functional stand design that works on a busy exhibition floor.
• Working independently & hitting deadlines.

Tools you’re fluent in

• 3D (2D) & Visualisation: 3ds Max or SketchUp or other graphic programmes also for rendering.
• Branding & Layout: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Prototyping/Collab: Figma (for layout, components, and stakeholder reviews).

Nice to have

• Experience with modular systems (e.g., MERO-TSK, beMatrix, Octanorm).
• Knowledge of print production, large-format graphics, and exhibition materials & fixings.
