Lead the program and coordinate resources to ensure effective delivery and implementation of the Latvia Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead local resources in Latvia to achieve program goals;
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Coordinate program implementation between all parties involved, including the client in Latvia and engineering and production sites abroad;
• Act as the main point of contact for the client;

Qualifications

• Experience in program management within industrial or governmental sectors;
• Knowledge of the Military, Defence, or Automotive sector (around 10 years preferred);
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; MBA preferred;
• Excellent Latvian and English skills (C1 level or higher);
• Strong stakeholder management abilities;
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time;
• Ability to adapt to organizational changes;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Flexibility to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-oriented.
