Lead the program and coordinate resources to ensure effective delivery and implementation of the Latvia Program.
Responsibilities
- Lead local resources in Latvia to achieve program goals;
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Coordinate program implementation between all parties involved, including the client in Latvia and engineering and production sites abroad;
- Act as the main point of contact for the client;
Qualifications
- Experience in program management within industrial or governmental sectors;
- Knowledge of the Military, Defence, or Automotive sector (around 10 years preferred);
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; MBA preferred;
- Excellent Latvian and English skills (C1 level or higher);
- Strong stakeholder management abilities;
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time;
- Ability to adapt to organizational changes;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Flexibility to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-oriented.
