The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Product Owner includes:

• Own and continuously manage the product backlog for core platform capabilities within the GRC product portfolio;
• Translate stakeholder requirements (ranging from customer feedback to internal architectural direction) into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Define, communicate, and evolve the vision for your product area in alignment with company and product strategy;
• Collaborate closely with engineers, solution architects, and senior product leaders to ensure delivery aligns with roadmap goals;
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews; monitor product progress and team velocity;
• Demonstrate platform functionality to stakeholders and internal teams; support go-to-market alignment with product marketing;
• Analyse support cases, internal feedback, and usage trends to identify pain points and continuous improvement opportunities;
• Provide input to broader product roadmaps, identifying how platform work supports future strategic deliverables;
• Communicate roadmap status, trade-offs, and decision rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Own the quality and readiness of deliverables, working hands-on with developed functionality (~50% of time) to ensure value and usability.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Strong experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for a SaaS platform or enterprise software;
• Solid understanding of platform architecture and shared services: authentication, permissions, data models, workflows, and cross-cutting UI/UX concerns;
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile/SCRUM environments, with ownership of full backlog lifecycle;
• Comfortable working with engineers, architects, and QA teams on highly technical product features;
• Familiarity with enterprise GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is strongly preferred; ITGRC experience is a plus;
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs and make prioritisation decisions based on business impact, technical complexity, and stakeholder input;
• Track record of shipping stable, scalable, and user-aligned features to production;
• Clear, confident communicator able to talk to technical and business stakeholders with confidence;
• Skilled collaborator who works effectively across disciplines and geographies;
• Pragmatic and analytical, you can navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions with imperfect information;
• Empathetic toward end users, implementation teams, and developers alike;
• Results-focused, detail-oriented, and organized under pressure.

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is €3166-€3750 gross per month, plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
