Saldo Bank UAB is a specialised bank licensed by the European Central Bank and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania. Saldo Bank offers fully automated lending solutions for consumers and SME customers and term deposit account services for consumer customers. The company's advanced scoring system ensures responsible lending, and its own lending system supports business growth also internationally.

What You'll Do:

• Own Our Visuals: Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines.
• Enhance Our Website: Manage and maintain our website, improving navigation and user experience. You'll design new page layouts and web elements, coordinate with other teams, and conduct A/B testing to optimize performance. You'll also benchmark our site against competitors.
• Create Engaging Content: Design a variety of marketing materials, including banners, GIFs, and video content for platforms like Instagram and Google Ads. You'll also create ad copy in Lithuanian for marketing materials and manage content updates.
• Lead with Innovation: Use AI-driven experimentation to turn ideas into marketing content in cooperation with other teams. You'll also use tools like Midjourney for AI photo creation.
• Support Key Initiatives: Convert text files into professional reports, such as Annual and Sustainability reports.
• Collaborate and Translate: Coordinate content updates with various stakeholders, design and develop email templates, and assist with English-to-Lithuanian and Lithuanian-to-English translations and content localization.

Who You Are:

• You have 1-3 years of experience in either UI or graphic design.
• You are a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
• You have experience with tools and design software in our stack, such as Figma and InDesign. Experience with Midjourney is a plus, but we are also ready to train the right person with eagerness to learn.
• You are proactive and can coordinate effectively with different teams.
• You have experience creating visual content for various digital channels.
• You are proficient in Lithuanian ad copy creation and content updates.
