Network Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Network Administrator to join our IT and Engineering team, supporting critical infrastructure and ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our networks across multiple regions. The role involves managing daily network operations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and reliable connectivity.

Primary Duties:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
• Monitor and optimize LAN, WAN, and wireless networks for performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network outages, connectivity issues, and latency problems.
• Implement and maintain firewall policies, VPN tunnels, and network security measures.
• Perform regular monitoring, capacity planning, and traffic analysis using tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nagios, Zabbix).
• Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configurations.
• Document network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with IT security, system administrators, and developers to support business-critical applications.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and subnetting.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network equipment.
• Proficiency in firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and IDS/IPS systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Nagios, Grafana, SolarWinds, or equivalents).
• Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform root-cause analysis.
• Intermediate or higher English level (able to communicate clearly and document work).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Network, GCP).
• Knowledge of VoIP, QoS, and traffic shaping.
• Exposure to automation and scripting (Python, Bash, Ansible).
• Understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2).
• Familiarity with virtualization and container networking (VMware NSX, Kubernetes CNI).
