TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNER

Perlas Pay is a brand under the umbrella of UAB Perlas Finance, one of the oldest EMI-licensed service providers in Lithuania. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our team and looking for a Technical Product Owner to help shape the future of our open banking solutions. This role is ideal for someone who not only leads but also builds, experiments, and drives products from concept to launch

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Ensure the development and smooth operation of the company’s information systems according to business requirements
• Gather, analyze, and plan system development and improvement needs
• Take ownership of system enhancements and maintenance
• Prepare functional requirements for developers
• Ensure smooth system testing processes
• Coordinate the work of external IT partners
• Oversee the smooth functioning of all products – technical maintenance, troubleshooting, bug fixing, task registration, and collaboration with other departments
• Support and consult potential clients on product and integration matters
• Ownership of product lifecycle — concept to delivery
• Prepare documentation

✅ What we expect from you

• 3+ years of experience with financial / payment system projects (required)
• Experience in system administration / support
• Knowledge of databases (MS SQL or similar)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
