We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive and accelerate our product development. In this role, you will manage the entire project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

3+ years of work experience in technology-powered product management

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and align specialists from diverse fields toward common goals

Problem-solving skills with proven ability to dig deep to understand the desired outcome fully

A data-driven mindset for driving product decisions and for measuring success

A strong sense of responsibility and determination to take ownership of the result

Proven experience in Agile Software Development

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Technical background or hands-on experience in software development and cloud technologies is an advantage!

Responsibilities:

Define clear project goals and priorities, ensuring alignment with company strategy

Manage a development team’s backlog - write and prioritise stories, manage the roadmap

Ensure clear alignment of responsibilities across cross-functional teams to maximize efficiency and collaboration

Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles early, and take action to minimize or remove them

Monitor resource allocation and proactively identify risks of overload or inefficiency

Organize and facilitate Scrum processes (sprint planning, daily standups, reviews), ensuring smooth team collaboration

Analyse complex business problems, collaborate with engineers, and make decisions on how to solve them

Sustain strong relationships with stakeholders

Contribute to the further development of the product vision and help turn it into actionable technical solutions
