Digital Product Manager (36–40 hours)
Do you want to be part of a dynamic, growing team that’s shaping customer-centric smart solutions and services for global premium kitchen and laundry brands? This is your chance to help define and deliver innovative digital experiences that connect beautifully designed products with cutting-edge technology.
Your Role
As Digital Product Manager – Kitchen, you will co-create and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for smart solutions and services. Working in cross-functional teams, you will help design, improve, validate, and launch both new and existing digital products — spanning connected appliances, AI, apps, and services — using deep insights from both data and customer research.
You will thrive in this role if you’re a self-starter with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset, and if you can combine analytical thinking with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
You’ll join the Smart Solutions & Services team within the Premium Product Brand Management organization, which oversees the ASKO and ATAG premium brands. This department brings together Product Management, Design, and Smart Solutions & Services — and you will report directly to the Global Manager Smart Solutions & Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-create and execute the smart solutions & services vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct competitive analysis and track trends in connected appliances, apps, and digital services.
- Facilitate workshops to translate market and consumer insights into requirements and concepts.
- Lead cross-functional teams to continuously enhance in-market smart solutions.
- Develop and test prototypes with consumers to generate actionable insights.
- Manage and prioritize the software development backlog for both new platforms and iterative updates.
- Define and monitor digital KPIs to guide product improvements.
- Build value propositions and go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing.
- Monitor product performance, develop business cases, and define pricing strategies.
- Support the creation and launch of new digital services and partnerships.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Strategic Product Design, Digital Business & Innovation, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ideally, a few years’ experience in digital or software product management for consumer products.
- Skilled in creating customer-centric digital solutions in cross-functional environments.
- Strong ability to turn complex data into clear insights for development teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Agile, entrepreneurial, and proactive mindset.
- Passionate about digital innovation and premium product experiences.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage).
You are motivated, collaborative, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects, working with international teams (Netherlands, Sweden, Slovenia, China), and traveling occasionally (10–20%). We also support hybrid working.

Sold globally under the ASKO brand and in the Benelux under the ATAG brand, our products combine Scandinavian design with exceptional performance and sustainability.
- Our story began in 1950 in Vara, Sweden, when a young innovator built a washing machine for his mother — one that was energy-efficient, water-efficient, and made to last. Over 70 years later, we continue to create premium appliances with professional principles, designed to help people cook, clean, and care for their families while respecting the planet.
