We would like to invite in our team a HR ASSOCIATE.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Establishing and implementing the HR role and its position within the company.
- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of recruitment process, ensuring the alignment of suitable candidates with appropriate roles with internal and external candidates.
- Analyzing and continuous tracking of the labor market and competition.
- Conducting market research to develop talent pools for frequently recruited positions (attendance at job fairs, career expos and other educational organizations’ events…).
- Facilitating and assisting managers in conducting annual appraisal interviews with employees.
- Organizing and participating in onboarding process.
- Collaborating closely with middle and senior management within the company.
- Managing HR administrative tasks with precision and organization.
- Reporting on the status of HR activities to the Managing Director, relevant managers, and headquarters HR.
- Liaising with employment and recruitment agencies.
- Enhancing employer branding initiatives.
- Identifying potential risks in the field of HR and proposing actions.
WE APPRECIATE CANDIDATES WITH
- University degree in Social Sciences
- At least 3 years of experience in HR (recruitment of marketing and sales positions is an advantage)
- Up to date knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations and HR policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Dynamic, flexible and proactive
- Proficient in English
- Driving license and willingness to travel on national territory
