We would like to invite in our team a HR ASSOCIATE.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Establishing and implementing the HR role and its position within the company.
• Overseeing the entire lifecycle of recruitment process, ensuring the alignment of suitable candidates with appropriate roles with internal and external candidates.
• Analyzing and continuous tracking of the labor market and competition.
• Conducting market research to develop talent pools for frequently recruited positions (attendance at job fairs, career expos and other educational organizations’ events…).
• Facilitating and assisting managers in conducting annual appraisal interviews with employees.
• Organizing and participating in onboarding process.
• Collaborating closely with middle and senior management within the company.
• Managing HR administrative tasks with precision and organization.
• Reporting on the status of HR activities to the Managing Director, relevant managers, and headquarters HR.
• Liaising with employment and recruitment agencies.
• Enhancing employer branding initiatives.
• Identifying potential risks in the field of HR and proposing actions.

WE APPRECIATE CANDIDATES WITH

• University degree in Social Sciences
• At least 3 years of experience in HR (recruitment of marketing and sales positions is an advantage)
• Up to date knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations and HR policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Dynamic, flexible and proactive
• Proficient in English
• Driving license and willingness to travel on national territory
