Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager focusing on hidroinsulation products at Stireks d.o.o. The role is located in Kamnik. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and lifecycle management of hidroinsulation products with special activity on architects, investors and big installers. Day-to-day tasks include market research, product development, coordinating with architects, investors, supervisors and installers, and ensuring products meet market needs and regulatory standards. The Product Manager will also be involved in customer feedback analysis, sales support, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development and product lifecycle management
• Skills in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hidroinsulation products or related field (minimum 10 years)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• driving licence for cars
