The intern will be involved in reviewing contracts, preparing reports, and contributing to legal projects related to technology, privacy, and artificial intelligence.

The scope of work is mainly focused on Switzerland, Europe, and the US, with possible exposure to other regions (e.g., Middle East or Asia).
Core Job Responsibilities And Activities
- Assist the Legal team in day-to-day activities, including legal research, document review, lease and store portfolio support, and preparation of legal reports
- Support privacy, data protection, IT, CRM and AI-related legal projects, contributing to drafting and reviewing relevant documentation
- Contribute to the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to provide legal input on business initiatives and technology-related matters
- Bachelor's degree in law; a focus on Legal Tech, Digital and Data Protection, or related fields (e.g., thesis, coursework, academic projects) will be considered a plus
- Strong written and spoken English; any other language will be considered a plus
- Good judgment, proven responsibility and strong analytical skills
- Must possess capability of working in team, be well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines, flexible and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
