To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a talented Business Analyst ITSM.
Missions
- Identify and define business needs and global requirements to support the development and continuous growth of an Atlassian ITSM environment, with a primary focus on the Configuration Management process and CMDB.
- Collaborate closely with the Atlassian functional team as part of a stakeholder-facing role to lead and facilitate the gathering and formulation of technical and business requirements for the implementation team.
- Demonstrated experience in ITSM project implementation, preferably with a strong background in delivering strategic ITSM service management solutions.
- Manage and communicate ITSM project release schedules.
- Develop use cases, process diagrams, and requirements documentation using user stories and Scrum tasks within the ITSM Jira program.
- Document and map current ITSM processes, perform gap analyses against desired or best practices, leveraging industry-standard frameworks such as ITIL.
- Work with process owners and request type owners to elicit and agree on requirements for request workflows and IT self-service on the Atlassian platform.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams to validate existing CI data.
- Assist in defining object schemas, relationships, and data governance within Jira Assets.
- Document ownership models and update practices for configuration items.
- Serve as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Validate imported data and asset relationships to ensure alignment with business expectations.
Profile
- Degree in business, information technology, or possess equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within ITSM or large-scale transformation programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements, with the ability to convert them into actionable solutions.
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes, service management frameworks (ITIL/ITSM), and configuration management (CMDB) is highly desirable.
