At Nokia, the Sales Operations team within the Network Infrastructure business group plays a key role in delivering data-driven insights to our leadership. We are on an exciting journey to build a holistic data lake and automate our analytics processes, unlocking powerful insights and enabling predictive capabilities around our key performance indicators.
As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced data scientists and engineers, contributing directly to this transformation. You’ll get hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, database management, and automation technologies, helping us shift from manual reporting to intelligent, real-time decision-making.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Gain hands-on experience with tools and systems such as Salesforce, Analytics Studio, and Power BI by collaborating with skilled teams and accessing internal knowledge resources
- Support the development and maintenance of our digital platform by implementing real-time dashboards and standardized reporting applications
- Manage and maintain databases by transforming, cleaning, and structuring data from various sources
- Design, develop, and implement smart automated solutions to reduce manual work and minimize the risk of human error
Must have:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Informatics, or Economic Informatics
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail and a mindset focused on automation and innovation in data technology
- Experience with business reporting using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Power Apps
- Ability to work through problems end-to-end using data science tools and techniques, including data manipulation
- Experience working with databases and handling large datasets
- Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages (e.g., SQL, Excel, SPSS, SAS)
- Creative and experimental approach to solving problems using data and technology
