Programme Director, ERP D365 (Global) – Senior Leadership Opportunity

We are representing a multinational, consumer goods organisation who are embarking on a major, international ERP transformation. Our client is seeking a highly experienced Programme Director to lead the global rollout of their ERP System- D365 across key markets.

This is a pivotal role, which can be based in various locations within Central & Eastern Europe. As Programme Director, you will be accountable for shaping strategy, overseeing execution and ensuring business value is delivered across Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement. You will work closely with senior executives, regional leadership, and group functions to drive adoption of a single global solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a global ERP rollout strategy, aligned to business objectives and process standards
• Lead and mentor high-performing programme teams across multiple geographies
• Establish and oversee programme governance, ensuring effective budget, resource, and risk management
• Partner with executive stakeholders to drive adoption, manage expectations, and deliver measurable outcomes
• Ensure seamless coordination across business and IT functions, with a focus on value creation and operational excellence

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP Dynamics 365 implementations at group or multinational level is essential
• Strong programme leadership and governance skills, with the ability to influence at executive board level
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-regional transformations within large organisations
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• FMCG/CPG industry experience is beneficial but not essential
