Essential requirements:

Solid experience in backend development with .NET Core and C#
Experience from modern cloud-based development (GCP, Azure, AWS)
Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, observability
Understanding of DevOps, security and maintainability in production environments
Ability to build solutions with awareness of the broader business context

Meritorious:

Experience from order management and trading systems
Knowledge of real-time workloads, GraphQL, pub/sub
Familiarity with Terraform, gRPC, in-memory caching technologies
