Title: Project Manager
Location: Stockholm, Sweden (2 days remote per week)
Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 9 Months + Extensions
Utilisation: 40 Hours per week
- Languages: English (Swedish is a Bonus)
Job Summary / Key Skills
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing complex projects.
- At least 5 years’ experience leading large-scale business system projects, including at least one full implementation in an organization with a turnover exceeding 1 billion SEK.
- Proven track record in managing and guiding large project teams.
- Solid experience in technical project management, including complex IT development and system implementation projects within ERP, EAM, or comparable systems.
- Expertise in requirements management as well as in the selection and procurement of complex IT solutions.
- Strong background in change management, preferably in connection with IT solution implementations.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent) and practical experience applying structured project methodologies such as PPS, XLPM, or similar.
