Responsibilities:
- Improve the process of technical support and quality issue handling.
- Manage aftersales service campaigns and recalls caused by product quality problems.
- Manage technical training, including planning, budgeting, proofreading training materials, evaluating training results, and implementing improvement actions.
- Provide online/remote technical support (via SNW, phone calls, video meetings) and onsite technical support for MG dealers and Vehicle Distribution Centers.
- Monitor quality issues, collect information regarding quality problems from the market, and report to the QA team.
- Conduct technical preparation before new product launches, including creating technical documentation, PDI operation specifications, developing special tool recommendation lists, producing training materials, etc.
- Provide technical preparation and training for new distributors.
- Offer technical consulting and support to internal departments (e.g., Warranty, Parts, Sales, and Marketing)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical support experience is preferred; at least 1 year of experience in technical training is desirable; quality control experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with knowledge of problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Preferred characteristics: project management knowledge and strong cross-departmental coordination and communication skills.
- Good in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English; preferably also proficient in French or German (or both).
