We are seeking a Data Scientist to develop, maintain, and optimize AI models for recommendations and personalization. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire ML lifecycle—from data exploration and model development to deployment and monitoring—to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions that create real user impact.

Responsibilities
- Build and enhance AI models (recommendation systems, LLM-based applications) and their pipelines.
- Improve the performance and reliability of production systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to identify use cases and develop proof-of-concepts.
- Apply MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and system maintenance.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and visualization to support decision-making.
- Strong Python skills and experience writing production-quality code.
- Hands-on experience with Deep Learning (Computer Vision, NLP).
- Proficiency with frameworks such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD, preferably in GCP (Vertex AI).
- Proficient with Git and version control.
- Solid SQL knowledge.
- Practical experience with recommendation and personalization systems.
- Familiarity with LLM technologies (prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases).
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to develop and maintain REST APIs.
- Experience working with Redis.
- Knowledge of DBT.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
