Role Description

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join Optiyol’s product team full-time in a hybrid role. You will play a key role in designing and developing the user interface of our route optimization software. Your work will include building responsive web applications, implementing modern front-end solutions, and collaborating closely with the team to deliver high-quality software. The position is based in Ankara, with flexibility for partial remote work.

Qualifications

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred, Angular also considered)
• Solid understanding of responsive design and web development principles
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Technical English proficiency

Nice-to-have (plus):

• Domain knowledge: Experience in logistics or transportation industry
• APIs & Architecture: RESTful APIs, microservices, Google Maps API, HERE Maps API
• Engineering practices: Writing automated tests, OOP/MVC patterns
• Backend exposure: Node.js or similar technologies
