About the Role

This role is part of the team which is responsible for developing a modern, in-house platform to manage FX and precious metals derivatives, focusing on risk and lifecycle management.

You will work in a global technology team that spans Asia, Europe, and North America. The team operates in agile pods and follows a DevSecOps model to deliver secure, high-quality, and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, user-friendly front-end applications
• Collaborate on microservice-based architecture solutions
• Ensure stability and observability of production systems
• Engage with product owners, traders, quants, and operations teams to gather requirements and feedback
• Take full ownership of services — from development through production support
• Contribute to continuous delivery pipelines and automated testing
• Operate in an agile environment with frequent incremental releases

Required Skills & Experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js or React.js
• Good knowledge of Java and SQL is a plus
• Solid understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles
• Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps/CI/CD practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills (minimum B2 level English, both written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Team player with a flexible, collaborative approach
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and globally distributed team

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Markets (MM), or FX Derivatives/Options
• Familiarity with observability tools for metrics and tracing
• Experience working across global teams in different time zones
• Demonstrated passion for technology (e.g., open-source contributions, tech community involvement)
