Senior Fullstack Software Engineer / 1

Mission

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing technical requirements, coordinating with various stakeholders, and implementing robust technical solutions. This role demands a strong proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies, as well as excellent communication skills in English and Polish.

Main tasks:

• Analyze technical requirements and conceptualize technical solutions,
• Coordinate with the product owner, business engineer, and software architect,
• Support the business engineer in creating necessary stories/tasks (refinement),
• Evaluate suitable UX designs in collaboration with the UX designer,
• Implement technical solutions within a cross-functional team, including integration tests,
• Create pull requests and conduct code reviews,
• Handover source code to the internal development team,
• Provide bug fixes and support after the solution goes live.
  
  

Profile

Must have requirements:

• Backend: Java & Spring Boot (optional: JUnit & Maven),
• Frontend: JavaScript & React (optional: Cypress & Next JS),
• Strong knowledge of Clean Code principles and Test-Driven Development (TDD),
• Fluency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level.
  
  

This position allows for remote work for candidates based in Poland.
