UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who will:

Collaborate with the product team on UI/UX design for FSM platform apps.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
Design visual elements like graphics and icons for the app and marketing materials.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs.
Ensure design consistency with FSM and CSG branding.
Work with developers and QA to ensure design feasibility and support implementation.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

3-5 years of design experience, specifically in UI/UX.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Familiarity with foundational design concepts is desired to ensure a strong understanding of design principles.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or similar design tools.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development principles is a plus.
Familiarity with mobile design guidelines.
Familiarity with agile processes like Scrum and experience in design within software development environments.
Proficiency in English in a business environment
