Scrum Master & Agile Facilitation:
- Guide teams in adopting Agile principles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Remove impediments, address blockers, and track Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget, while aligning with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks, and monitor progress to ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
- Support the Product Manager in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Promote positive team dynamics, resource alignment, and a healthy work-life balance.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Team Manager in technology-driven environments.
- Expertise in Agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, PMI, PRINCE2).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
