We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in Kubernetes to work on our product - Catalyst Blockchain Manager.

IntelectEU’s Catalyst Blockchain Manager is a comprehensive solution designed to streamline the deployment and management of enterprise-grade blockchain networks and applications. Catalyst provides secure and reliable automated infrastructure management capabilities to help enterprises go from concept to production in a cost-efficient and streamlined manner.

The platform supports multiple blockchain protocols, including Hyperledger Fabric, Hyperledger Besu, Stellar, Canton, R3 Corda and Polygon CDK, offering flexibility for diverse digital asset use cases. Customers such as Tradeweb, FNZ and Hashnote actively leverage Catalyst for their digital asset solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure deployments using Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning to support secure, resilient, and efficient blockchain environments.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering and product team to ensure smooth deployments and reliable runtime operations.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource usage across environments.
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards across infrastructure components.

Technical Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
  • 7+ years of DevOps engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) for container orchestration in production environments.
  • Strong expertise in Terraform for infrastructure-as-code and automation.
  • Solid knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch) and best practices for high-availability cloud architecture.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD (GitLab, ArgoCD).
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Experience with Bash scripting.
  • Understanding of networking: IP-addressing, data routing, network configuration.

Nice To Have

  • Exposure to blockchain infrastructure, secure key management, or enterprise deployment environments.
  • Experience with Azure or GCP.
  • Experience or interest in Canton.

Soft Skills

  • Problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills and collaborative spirit.
  • English level - Upper-Intermediate and higher.
