Responsibilities
- Be responsible for overall network infrastructure service business in assigned country, and ensure to provide high technical support quality for end users, channel partner and sales team.
- Deliver post-sale services to key stakeholders and coordinate and prioritize service provision within responsible country, considering business demand and customer satisfaction.
- Establish the services process system (Services Support, RMA process, etc.) with the covering countries and be responsible for the quality of services deliver in those countries, and ensure that the support process, policy, platform and product of the service is operational and competitive, compare with other network infrastructure vendor.
- Provide back line technical assistant and support to system integration(SI), distributor and T2 channel partner.
- Develop channel partner/system integration/distributor support skill by managing and conducting Post Sales technical training (Certified Training)/workshop regularly
- Close collaborate with 2nd Level (TAC) support team to address partner(s) and end customer support requests, collaborate with R&D team to conduct new product feature and POC tests, help to release to the global market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of technical experience on sales support, maintain of enterprise network products of main vendors and working in system integration or value-add distributor;
- Excellent English written and oral communication skill, can speak mandarin is preferred
- Strong responsibility and ability to integrated resource, and have good interpersonal skill and able to communicate in all level
- Technical skills in Switching, Routing, Wireless LAN, and Network Orchestration/Integration is mandatory, additional experience in campus networks are added advantages;
- Knowledge of network infrastructure technologies, experience with Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei and Juniper Networks is preferred. Holder of any professional certificate, such as CCNP/CCIE, HCNP/HCNE, JNCIS/JNCIP HPE ASE and Aruba ACMP etc. is preferred
- Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services
- Willing to take frequent short business travel
