✅ What We’re Looking For

• 💻 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 🌍 3+ years working effectively in a remote/distributed setup.
• 🔥 Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
• 🗄️ Solid knowledge of databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• 🐳 Experience with modern infrastructure (Docker, AWS, etc.).
• 🕹 Excellent communication, time management & problem-solving skills.
• 🎯 Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and delivering end-to-end.
