Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop native Android applications using Java/Kotlin.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Work with APIs, third-party services, and cloud platforms to integrate advanced app functionalities.
- Ensure applications meet high performance, responsiveness, and security standards.
- Debug, test, and maintain applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Publish apps on the Google Play Store and manage updates.
- Stay up-to-date with latest Android frameworks, libraries, and mobile technology trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, QA testers, and product managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in Android app development with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
- Familiarity with Android Studio, Gradle, and Android SDK.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, SQLite/Room databases, and cloud integration.
- Strong understanding of MVVM/MVC/MVP architectures.
- Knowledge of Material Design guidelines and responsive UI development.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native).
- Knowledge of Push Notifications, Payment Gateway integration, Maps/GPS tracking, and IoT-based apps.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Experience in building apps for eCommerce, on-demand, or fintech domains.
