Key Responsibilities:
- MDM Deployment & Server Maintenance Deploy, configure, and manage Mobile Device Management solutions.
- Maintain MDM server infrastructure, primarily on Linux-based systems, ensuring high availability, patching, and system hardening.
- Work closely with the security team to apply compliance requirements and secure MDM infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot policy conflicts, connectivity issues, or OS-specific problems.
- Validate MDM configurations on various platforms including iOS, Android, and Windows.
- Provide onboarding training to client IT teams and end users on MDM usage and policy compliance.
- Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and user manuals for system operations and troubleshooting.
- Deliver tier 1 support to clients for MDM-related technical issues post-deployment.
- Support ongoing client engagement and proactive health checks of the MDM environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL) – CLI, systemd, logs, security.
- Familiar with networking fundamentals, certificates (SSL/TLS), firewalls, and DNS.
- Knowledge of mobile operating systems and enrollment frameworks (Apple DEP/ABM, Android Enterprise).
