Description
Product Vision and Strategy:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning with strategic business objectives and market demands.
- Drive strategic product initiatives to maintain competitive advantage and innovation.
- Establish measurable product goals, KPIs, and success metrics, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and customer demands.
Roadmap Development and Execution:
- Develop and execute a customer-centric product roadmap through close collaboration with Technology, UX/UI, and Business (Go-to-Market) teams.
- Work closely with management, internal departments and vendors to ensure product roadmap timely delivery.
- Ensure the product roadmap reflects both short-term and long-term strategic objectives.
- Build and engage with community stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem to cultivate relationships and drive user adoption.
- Prioritize and sequence development activities to optimize resource utilization and delivery timelines.
Product Delivery and Lifecycle Management:
- Be accountable for product delivery in line with the roadmap and committed delivery dates, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
- Create and manage user stories and product requirements throughout the product development lifecycle, including new features and enhancements.
- Develop and continuously improve product requirements to meet evolving goals, success metrics, and use cases.
Continuous Improvement and Optimization:
- Continuously monitor, optimize, and enhance the configuration, features, and functionalities of the product based on evolving user needs, market changes, and technical constraints.
- Rigorously use objective data sources—such as user analytics, feedback loops, market benchmarks, and support insights—to inform product iterations and minimize user friction.
- Implement A/B testing, usability testing, regression analysis, and other validation techniques to test hypotheses and evolve features with confidence.
- Ensure meticulous maintenance of both internal and external product documentation, including:
- Internal: product specs, decision logs, user stories, workflows, integration maps, technical dependencies, changelogs.
- External: release notes, user guides, FAQs, knowledge base articles, API documentation (where relevant).
- Champion a culture of documentation-first thinking, ensuring that every update is well-documented, auditable, and accessible across departments.
Market and User Research:
- Conduct market research and user research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and user needs.
- Utilize research findings to inform product strategy, feature prioritization, and roadmap adjustments.
- Engage with customers and end-users to gather insights and feedback, fostering a customer-centric approach to product development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required – preferred focus in engineering, business, economics, marketing or related fields
Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years of related work experience including product management, product design, especially in Web3, blockchain focused products.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Extensive experience in product management, including developing product strategies, roadmaps, and managing product life cycles.
- Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and smart contract development.
- Experience working with decentralized applications (dApps) and AI technology stacks.
- Strong network in the Web3 and AI communities.
- Proficiency in using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms for managing product backlogs, user stories, and development tasks.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms and platform integration.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM
- Good understanding of user interface design and usability principles.
- Experience with UX/UI design, including customer journeys and conversion funnels.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with design teams.
- Ability to prioritize user experience and implement design thinking practices.
- Ability to understand product and commercial needs, translate into functional and technical requirements, and effectively communicate with the development team
- Good understanding of user interface design and usability, UX/UI (customer journeys, conversion funnels), and prioritize great user experience
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track product performance and inform decision-making.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving to support decision making
- Experience in managing and mitigating risks related to product development and delivery
