- Koordinere og administrere alle typer trening for ansatte, forhandlere og partnere
- Gjennomføre engasjerende kurs og workshops
- Bidra i onboarding av nye medarbeidere
- Utvikle treningsprogrammer og forbedre læringsmetoder
Hvem er du?
- Du har erfaring fra opplæring eller kompetanseutvikling, gjerne innen salg eller service
- Du er en strukturert koordinator, men også en engasjert formidler
- Du har god systemforståelse (CRM/DMS er et pluss)
- Du kommuniserer flytende på norsk og engelsk

As our Training Coordinator & Non-Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in coordinating all training activities internally and externally, while also delivering engaging training sessions within: Sales processes, Service and sales systems, XPeng’s brand, culture, and values
This is a role where you will shape how we build competence in XPeng Norway – and contribute to creating an outstanding customer journey.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and manage all training activities for employees, dealers, and partners
- Deliver engaging courses and workshops
- Support onboarding and development of new employees
- Design and continuously improve training programs and learning methods
Who you are
- You have experience from training or competence development, preferably within sales or service
- You are both a structured coordinator and an inspiring trainer
- You have strong system understanding (CRM/DMS experience is a plus)
- You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
