🔧 Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and network systems

🛠️ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the organization

🔒 Implement cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols

📱 Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT tickets

⚙️ Configure and deploy new systems and applications

📊 Monitor system performance and optimize IT operations

What We're Looking For

✅ 5+ years of experience in IT support and system administration

✅ Strong knowledge of Windows/Azure/Linux systems and networking

✅ Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies

✅ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

✅ Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco preferred)

✅ Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Technical Skills

Operating Systems

▪ Installation, configuration, optimization, maintenance of operating systems (Microsoft, Desktop and Windows Version, Server 2012, and above.

▪ Server Configuration, DHCP DNS, SMB, GPO ▪ Server patching

▪ Backup solutions support ▪ Computer license inventory across all organization ▪ User Creation, Exchange Server ▪ Azure and office 365 app support

▪ Configuration routers and switch CISCO (TCP/IP, DHCP Server, LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, STP VTP, frame, relay, port security, routing, access list firewall next gen FortiGate)

▪ Digital Devices Configuration ▪ Mac OS software maintenance ▪ Jira ITSM portal configuration and access management ▪ Qualys Patching Software ▪ IronPort Security Portal
