We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team full-time on-site in Kings Cross. In this role, you’ll help us design and maintain the backbone of our digital platforms, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and easy to integrate. You’ll collaborate closely with a diverse team while contributing to projects that align with social impact and sustainability values.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Ensure security, stability, and performance of applications.
• Work closely with frontend developers and project managers to deliver smooth user experiences.
• Support continuous improvement with fresh ideas and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in backend development with languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Basic understanding of cloud services (GCP, AWS, or Azure is a plus).
