Senior Software Engineer, Front End

About The Role

Our client has created a widely deployed AI-native coach for enterprise, which is changing leadership development and collaboration in the workplace. Their enterprise-grade AI applications are trusted by some of the world's largest companies. They are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to hands-on shape the technical foundation of their LLM-powered product's user experience.

This is a role for a UX-obsessed, versatile, and pragmatic builder who thrives in a startup environment. You will be responsible for owning UI systems end-to-end and will have the opportunity to contribute to the backend when needed.

What You'll Do

• Build polished, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Svelte
• Analyze user metrics and engage with users directly to inform product decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that solve real user problems
• Own end-to-end flows, from frontend delivery to integration with backend systems
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and scalability for enterprise environments
• Debug across the full stack and contribute to backend code where required
• Help shape hiring, tooling, and internal processes as the team grows
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a full-stack or front-end engineer
• Significant experience in modern frontend frameworks
• Comfortable with enterprise environments and a product-focused mindset
• Able to work remote (from US or Canada) or on-site
  
  

Benefits

• Salary: $175K - $210K
