Cyber Security Manager

Job Title: Cyber Security Manaer.

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to join a Financial Sector.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison with auditors, regulators, and vendors to ensure compliance with MAS TRM and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee vendor engagements, including evaluation, governance, and risk management of security service providers.
• Support and coordinate IT/security audits, RFIs, and assessments by gathering evidence and driving remediation activities.
• Manage transformation and change initiatives by aligning stakeholders, communicating effectively, and ensuring smooth execution.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in the financial services sector; background in consulting, banking, or technology preferred.
• Solid knowledge of security domains (network, system, cloud, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability tools) and understanding of risk and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on familiarity with MAS regulatory guidelines, outsourcing requirements, and business continuity standards.
• Experience in cloud service providers
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes.
