Job Title :- PMO Analyst

Experience Level: Senior (8–10 years)


Job Description :-


Responsible for monitoring project to ensure projects/releases are adhering to SDLC and applicable organization rules and policies. Render strong support to Program Managers and Project Managers to enforce governance, track program/project financials and synergy/collaboration across all teams.


Key Responsibilities:-


  1. [Project Governance] Track the delivery of the Program/Project in compliance with pre-established plans, deadlines, deliverables, budget and resources throughout the project process.
  2. Monitor project to ensure projects/releases adheres to SDLC and relevant rules /policies pertaining to project delivery.
  3. Provide executive-level reporting on project statuses, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.
  4. [Budget Management] Develop template for program / project budget tracking and reporting
  5. Maintain up-to-date record of investment and expense utilization
  6. Periodically review project budget spending and variances between plan and actual g
  7. Work closely with project managers to track and review progress of plan acquisition and payment milestones
  8. [Resource Management] Work with Program / Project Managers to perform resource planning and acquisition
  9. Support for resource / vendor onboarding / offboarding
  10. Centralize and maintain Resource Allocation recording for optimization across programs and project
  11. [Process & Tools] Devise and refine process, procedures and templates in project delivery to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  12. Train and guide project managers / members on project mgmt processes and tools
  13. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to streamline processes and enhance project delivery capabilities


Requirements :-


  1. Degree in IT or Banking/Computer Science related discipline and PMP certification
  2. Minimum 8-10 years' experience in project management and PMO execution for large scale projects implementing financial solutions
  3. Strong experience in program management, planning and project implementation
  4. Good knowledge in financial management to ensure project financials are correctly captured
  5. Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project, Power BI
  6. Strong organizational and analytical skills, meticulous with details
  7. Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
  8. Able to multi-task and perform well under pressure
