Job Title: Change Manager – Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Program
Location: Singapore
Reports to: Program Director / PMO Lead
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead change adoption and learning enablement for a large-scale Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformation program in Singapore. This role is pivotal in designing and executing change management strategies, communication, and training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new EPM processes and technologies across Singapore operations and regional offices.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Supplier’s Change and Training Lead to ensure cohesive, well-coordinated activities aligned with both local business needs and regional program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored change management plans addressing organizational culture and stakeholder needs across Singapore and APAC.
- Conduct stakeholder impact analyses and readiness assessments, considering multi-cultural and matrix organizational dynamics.
- Design and execute communication strategies that engage senior management, finance teams, IT, and end-users.
- Lead the development and delivery of training programmes (classroom, virtual, and eLearning) for Singapore’s diverse, multi-ethnic workforce.
- Collaborate with business units, IT, consultants, and the Supplier’s Change and Training Lead to align change and training activities.
- Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and training to drive engagement and reinforce new processes.
- Monitor change adoption, training completion, and user competency; provide regular updates to program leadership.
- Manage resistance with culturally sensitive approaches and support leadership in embedding new behaviors'.
- Maintain training documentation aligned with organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance of all change and training activities with governance standards.
Success Metrics
- Change Adoption Rate: ≥85% adoption of new EPM processes/tools within the defined timeline.
- Training Completion: ≥95% of targeted users complete required training.
- User Competency: ≥80% pass rate on post-training assessments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Average satisfaction scores ≥4/5 for change and training programmes.
- Resistance Management: 50% reduction in reported resistance within 3 months post go-live.
- Communication Effectiveness: Timely delivery of communication milestones with minimal escalations.
- Collaboration: Strong alignment with Supplier’s Change and Training Lead to ensure unified messaging.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field (postgraduate qualifications a plus).
- 8–12 years’ experience in Change Management and/or Learning & Development, ideally in regional/global transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing change for EPM or complex finance system implementations.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong grasp of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Familiarity with EPM systems such as CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Oracle EPM Cloud, or SAP BPC.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and eLearning tools.
- Solid understanding of project and programme management methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills for multicultural environments.
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority in a matrix organisation.
- High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
- Analytical, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
Preferred Certifications:
- Prosci Change Management Certification (or equivalent).
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other project management certification.
- Relevant training/learning development certifications.
