The Role — Senior UI/UX Designer 

You’ll be instrumental in designing intuitive workflows and defining how the data those workflows capture is exposed; turning complex healthcare risk signals into clear and actionable experiences—reducing friction, increasing adoption, and bringing clarity to systems that save lives. 

Core Contributions — What You’ll Drive 

● Design with Purpose: Transform healthcare risk data into coherent, intuitive dashboards and workflows that users trust and easily adopt. 

● Enable Fast Iteration: Deliver interactive prototypes and crisp specs that empower engineers to ship quickly, reducing ambiguity and design drift. 

● Influence Strategy: Collaborate directly with founders and product teams to ensure design decisions align with user mental models, market needs, and clinical workflows. 

● Onboard With Empathy: Create self-serve onboarding journeys and discovery-first product flows to accelerate adoption without heavy training. 

● Deliver Against Constraints: Drive v1/v2 UX strategy for agile launches, balancing pixel-level finesse with pragmatic delivery under time pressure.

Ideal Profile — Who Will Thrive Here 

● 5+ years in UX/UI design in B2B SaaS or data-heavy environments—preferably healthcare, analytics, or enterprise platforms.

● UI systems craft for data-dense apps: visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color semantics (status/severity), responsive layout, stateful components, and accessibility; comfortable contributing tokens/components to a design system. 

● Strong prototyping skills (Figma, Sketch + interactive tools) with a bias toward clarity and feasibility. 

● Comfortable owning end-to-end UX—from concept and research to hand-off and validation. 

● Empathetic user advocate, with the ability to simplify complex processes and persuade through thoughtful design. 

● A track record of shipping iterative design solutions and growing UX maturity in fast-paced teams.
