Overview

LABUR is supporting a client through a strategic enterprise transformation initiative aimed at modernizing delivery practices and scaling agile methodologies across the organization. This engagement is about solving a complex challenge: enabling cross-functional teams to adopt agile frameworks effectively while aligning leadership and technical delivery with enterprise goals. The Agile Coach will serve as a catalyst for change, blending coaching, delivery oversight, and technical enablement to drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead agile transformation efforts across multiple teams and departments, applying frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS.
  • Coach teams, product owners, and leadership on agile principles, delivery practices, and mindset shifts required for sustained adoption.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions tailored to team maturity and organizational context.
  • Provide hands-on delivery management support, ensuring alignment between agile execution and strategic objectives.
  • Enable technical teams through DevOps practices and toolchain integration, fostering continuous delivery and automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and remove systemic blockers to agile adoption and delivery flow.
  • Assess current agile maturity and develop actionable roadmaps for improvement at the team and enterprise level.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in management consulting, agile project delivery, and technical program management.
  • Demonstrated success implementing and coaching agile practices across multiple teams at enterprise scale.
  • Deep expertise in agile-at-scale frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or similar.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with DevOps principles and integrating agile practices with technical delivery pipelines.
  • Familiarity with agile toolsets (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally) and metrics-driven coaching.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive change in ambiguous environments.
