Job Title: Security Manager

Location: Riviera Gardens Compound – Doha, Qatar

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to lead and oversee all security operations at Riviera Gardens Compound. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of residents, visitors, staff, and property while maintaining high standards of service and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead, train, and schedule the security team to ensure 24/7 coverage.

·        Implement and monitor security policies, procedures, and emergency plans.

·        Oversee access control, CCTV, and perimeter security.

·        Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, preparing clear reports.

·        Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services as needed.

·        Maintain and manage security equipment and budgets.

Requirements

·        5+ years of security experience (3+ in a supervisory or managerial role).

·        Knowledge of access control, CCTV, and emergency response systems.

·        Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·        Familiarity with Qatari security regulations preferred.

·        English required; Arabic an advantage.
