Business Analyst

Our client, a leading institution in the region, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their IT Demand Capture team. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, shaping IT initiatives that directly support strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between platform owners and IT functions, capturing, documenting, and processing business-driven IT demands. This is a high-impact role within a globally connected environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with platform owners and IT stakeholders to capture and articulate business needs and requirements.
• Analyze, document, and prioritize IT demands to ensure alignment with business goals and IT capabilities.
• Lead workshops and meetings with business leaders, translating requirements into actionable IT solutions.
• Contribute to IT strategic planning, ensuring business demand is effectively represented.
• Enhance and refine demand capture methodologies, templates, dashboards, and processes.
• Deliver high-quality business analysis and documentation to support project execution.
• Report on demand pipeline, budgets, and priorities to IT and business leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are advantageous.
• 8+ years of business analysis experience within IT or technology-driven environments.
• Proven experience in the financial services industry is essential.
• International exposure to advanced markets (Europe, the Americas, or APAC) is required.
• Strong understanding of IT demand capture processes and project lifecycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with demand management software and tools is highly desirable.
