(Fluent Ukrainian) Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer and art enthusiast to join our team. In this role, you'll combine research, UX planning and clean design to create experiences that feel effortless and inspiring.

What You Will Do:

Own the end-to-end design process: from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity UI and interaction design
Conduct UX research and validation, using data-driven insights to support design decisions
Build and maintain a scalable design system
Design SaaS product experiences, particularly multi-functional pages with component-based architecture
Create high-conversion landing pages, leveraging CRO principles and A/B testing
Translate ideas into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user journeys
Ensure design system consistency, scalability, and high-quality standards
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Engineers, and QA to deliver key product features
Clearly communicate design intent and explain decisions to stakeholders and the development team
Deliver developer-ready designs with meticulous attention to detail
Stay on top of design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them thoughtfully

What We Expect:

5+ years of experience designing complex digital products, with a portfolio showcasing your process and impact
Fluent in Ukrainian, with Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) proficiency
Expert knowledge of Figma, with proven experience creating and scaling design systems from scratch
Strong experience with AI-driven workflows and tools
Ability to analyze user behavior and drive data-informed improvements
Extensive experience with complex flows, dependencies, and multi-screen interactions
Highly organized in workflows, file management, and design processes
Solid understanding of marketing principles and how they influence design
Self-motivated leader, capable of driving the design process independently
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
