About Project:

Our Data Platform is a part of b2b platform and engineered to deliver good performance, simplicity, concurrency, and cost-effectiveness for data collection, rapid analytics, and extracting data-driven insights for business users.

Built on a Lambda architecture, it adeptly manages vast quantities of data by leveraging both batch and stream-processing methods. This dual approach ensures a balance of latency, throughput, and fault tolerance. Batch processing provides comprehensive and accurate views of large data sets, while real-time stream processing offers immediate insights from online data.

In numbers:

— Up to 1 PB of data from 500+ partners in long-term storage

— 30+ M new records daily

— Latency for insight based on data delivery time <5 sec

The team consists of: Java engineers, Python engineers, DevOps engineers, Data analysts, Data architect, Project manager, Product manager

Technical Stack: Python3, Airflow, Docker/Docker Compose, Kubernetes, BigQuery, SQL, FastAPI, Celery, Redis, Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Git/GitLab. Data Warehouse, OLAP/OLTP.

You will serve as the primary liaison between our B2B partners and the product development teams, driving the successful integration and launch of new product solutions. 

Your role is critical in ensuring a smooth and efficient product lifecycle, from initial partner engagement to final delivery.

Must-haves:

• 1+ year of experience as a Product Manager/Operation Manager/Account Manager/Business Analyst/Product Analyst;
• Effective time management: the ability to manage your time and tasks by prioritizing them based on importance and urgency;
• Respond quickly to emerging issues;
• Team Coordination;
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of product development process and B2B;
• Tableau, Metabase tools knowledge;
• SQL and BigQuery usage experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for B2B partners, managing their product-related requests and gathering essential requirements to initiate the development process;
• Requirements & Information Management: Systematically collect, define, and document product configuration requirements from partners. Ensure all necessary information, including partner briefs, development tasks, and system access, is secured before the start of each development cycle;
• Product Lifecycle & Sprint Coordination: Manage the product lifecycle from initial concept through launch. Communicate sprint goals, timelines, and deliverables to partners, providing timely updates and reminders to ensure alignment and timely preparation of release notes and other documentation;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration across internal teams, including product managers, development, design, and marketing, to ensure effective execution of all product tasks;
• Market & User Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to inform product strategy and support data-driven decision-making;
• Technical Documentation & Task Management: Translate partner requests and product features into clear, actionable development tasks. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, for the development team.
