• Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of strategic programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Go-To-Market strategy
• Define program scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics
• Monitor project performance and ensure timely delivery
• Track risks and provide clear, actionable status updates
• Support team members in resolving issues to ensure project success

• Deep understanding of Sales Operations and Analytics
• Proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
