AUS Shift (2.30 am to 11.30 am)
Responsibilities
• Act as an offshore implementation team representative.
• Trigger environment delivery emails and enable customer access to portals and training
apps.
• Coordinate with development and onsite teams to finalize delivery dates.
• Send weekly status updates on deliverables.
• Collect and compile info for third-party integrations during onboarding.
• Propose and implement process improvements and automation ideas.
• Align with team goals and adhere to defined processes, proposing changes as needed.
• Utilize Deriviz for automated workflows.
• Design and tailor forms and letters for customers.
• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
• Create and maintain a production calendar.
• Upload and manage fee schedules, ensuring accuracy and currency.
• Review and update user lists for accuracy.
• Revise and correct procedure codes to meet standards.
• Develop and refine care notes and medical history templates with healthcare providers.
• Support setup and configuration of care panels, including data input.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Creative and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in productivity tools such as Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask across various projects.
• Understanding of the US healthcare industry is a plus.
• Empathetic with strong customer and team orientation.
